That’s a damn shame. I used to work in a federal government building and we couldn’t take cameras in, but slamming teenagers around for taking tourist shots outside? B.S. Also, I’m having trouble confirming that “g.d. piece of paper” quote, if you’d like to double check. The sad thing, though, is his actions confirm it more than a mis-attributed quote.

However, even in the face of what appears to be unwarranted abuses of authority, especially where arrests of people merely taking pictures is concerned, we must remind ourselves that there are a lot of insane and potentially violent leftists out there. And I say leftist and not anarchist because a true anarchist wouldn’t show up at a political convention as doing so further legitimizes the political system they so abhor.

One wonders why the “anarchists” weren’t so well represented at the DNC. After all, the Democratic Party is part of the same terrible political system. Perhaps these riotous “anarchists” and Democrats aren’t so far apart after all…

It really is amazing what the people will give up when their scared out of the minds. I’ll never understand.
The one that blows my mind is the mayor in Maryland who had his door kicked in and his two dogs killed by police in a mistaken drug bust. This week the police investigation determined that everything was fine and the police just did their job. Are you kidding me? This is the land of the free and the home of the brave?
My wife says that she has never heard a group of people talk more about freedom and have less of it then Americans.

We live in a fascist police state. Local police are now tied with state and national police. The Secret Service, the FBI who are allowed to do anything they want because of the bi-artisan patriot act, and the Nazi-like Department of Fatherland security. They don’t bother to infiltrate terrorist cells because they can’t find them so they infiltrate and spy on concerned citizens.

The local police were in hot water with the Feds for outing Larry Craig. The Republican party is led by a bunch of degenerate evil corrupt scum, adulterers, pedophiles, and glory hole tranny queens posing as God fearing Christians. They are bought and sold with allegiance only to their corporate buddies.

Oddly the Trotskyite Commie thug neo-cons are anti-Russia because the Czarist police used to do the same thing to their Communist revolutionary Grandfathers and Anatefka dwelling Grandmothers . They are authoritarian terrorists only they are terrorizing both the country and the world. People who know or are known by her in Alaska are terrified of Palin.

I lived in the Twin Cities for 24 years and can attest to your description of the area ~ great place to raise kids and live among the educated and educators.
