Critic Ed Rampell on KPFK’s “Michael Slate Show” — Friday, May 31

LA-based film historian/critic Ed Rampell is discussing his cover story in the current issue of CounterPunch Magazine on KPFK’s “The Michael Slate Show.” The program will be heard live between 10 and 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 31 on 90.7 FM on the radio dial in L.A. and at www.kpfk.org online.

Rampell will talk about his CounterPunch cover story called “Hollywood’s Year of Living Clandestinely,” an expose of the military-industrial-intelligence-entertainment-complex’s pro-espionage propaganda movies and TV shows. Rampell is the author of “Progressive Hollywood, A People’s Film History of the United States” and a frequent contributor to LAProgressive.com, HollywoodProgressive.com and to the Progressive Magazine.
