Subject: I NEED YOUR HELP!

To all of my friends,

I am writing to all of you because I REALLY NEED YOUR HELP! I rarely ever send out any mass emailings in fact this is the first one I can remember ever writing:) In any event as you all know I have been unfortunately off the air for sometime now. I have been trying for some time now to find a new home for my work.

But as you all know it is a tough time right now to be in media. Recently I was made aware that Green 960 the progressive Air America channel in San Francisco has an opening from 4-7pm on their schedule. I have talked with the programming director John Scott who likes my work but unfortunately that is not enough.

Getting a chance to try out and considered is based on how many people write in and support my work. I need to have at least a few hundred people write in to even be considered for a tryout. I am up against some very very tough competition with much larger email lists and publicity tools. I am asking as my friends if you would take a minute and write an email to the Programming Director of Green 960 John Scott.

Tell him that I deserve to be considered for the position on Green 960.
