Please join award-winning investigative journalist and author Russ Baker for a talk, reading and signing of his book Family of Secrets: The Bush Dynasty, America’s Invisible Government, and the Hidden History of the Past Fifty Years. Baker’s work has been praised by Gore Vidal, who calls it one of the most important books of the decade, as well as by Dan Rather and Bill Moyers. Full of stunning major revelations and characterized by massive, rigorous documentation, Family of Secrets will change the way you view power in America.

Baker will talk about the story we missed explaining the Bush phenomenon, about continuities between Bush and Obama administrations—and why significant change is so hard to achieve. Baker will address the recent elections, and respond to George Bush’s newly released memoirs.
