The Campaign for a Healthy California will hold their 2nd Annual Los Angeles march and rally in support of guaranteed universal healthcare for ALL Californians and protest against “BIG health insurance.”
We want to remember the victims of those who are suffering, those who cannot afford to get the care they need, and those who have been denied care, whether due to their wallet, their health or their documentation status! We need Improved Medicare for All! Join us on Monday, February 11th starting in Pershing Square and ending at the offices of Anthem Blue Cross.
LOS ANGELES ACTION:
11:00 am: Rally at Pershing Square, 532 South Olive, Los Angeles (Metro Red Line: Pershing Square)
11:30 am: March & Jazz Funeral Procession to Anthem/Blue Cross Offices
12:00 pm: Protest at Anthem/ Blue Cross, SW Corner of 8th & South Figueroa (Metro Red Line: 7th St./ Metro Center)
While we know this may be hard for people to get out on a Monday – consider taking a long lunch for the sake of guaranteed healthcare for all!
