Ariana Rodriguez

Ariana Rodriguez is policy counsel at the ACLU of Southern California and is based in the Inland Empire office.

Ariana's work focuses on students' rights and juvenile justice issues, with a focus on challenging the school-to-prison pipeline. During her time at the ACLU, she is working to reduce school push-out of girls of color and gender non-conforming, queer, and non-binary students by combatting punitive school policies and promoting affirmative supports to create a safe and inclusive school environment.

Ariana graduated from Loyola Law School with a concentration in public interest law. While in law school, she advocated on behalf of children with learning disabilities through the Loyola Law Youth Justice Education Clinic and externed at Hadsell Stormer and Renick LLP, a California law firm specializing in civil rights and workers' rights, and. She also authored an article relating to the Miranda rights of juveniles and served as a Note and Comment Editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review.
