Anthony Samad: The Republicans’ whole mantra is to tell the public what they want to hear, then do whatever the hell they want…for lies, sex, money and power.
Anthony Samad: We didn’t know at the time but President was intolerant to Trump’s politics of mass distraction. He had bigger fish on the hook, the REAL politic of mass destruction, Osama Bin Laden in his sights.
Anthony Samad: We certainly saw Congress’ version of “stupid” last week when they threatened (and are still threatening) to shut down the federal government. Anthony Samad: On education, immigration, the green environment, and of course, jobs, President Obama helped even Republicans understand that the only way the country was going to move ahead was, together.
Anthony Samad: The LAPD shot and killed another Black man. Why weren’t two trained law enforcement officers able to subdue an unarmed, naked man? I’d like to know how this happened. I just wanna know what he had in his hand that would justify the use of lethal force.
