Dana Brown

Dana Brown is the Director of the Next System Project. Her research focuses on health and care systems, the pharmaceutical sector, and economic transformation for health and well-being. Dana is the author of “Medicine For All: The Case for a Public Option in the Pharmaceutical Industry.” Her work has also appeared in outlets such as Stat News, The Hill, The American Prospect, The New Republic and In These Times.

She is an active member of the US access to medicines movement and has a background in human rights advocacy. Dana holds a B.A. from Cornell University, an M.A. from the Universidad del Salvador (Argentina) and is a Royal Society of the Arts Fellow.
