About Diana Barajas
Diana Barajas is a senior Political Science major at the University of California Berkeley. She was born and raised in San Diego, California. Growing up in the gang neighborhood of Sherman Heights exposed her to the workings of prison industrial complex at an early age, and has fueled her passion to end policing and the school to prison pipeline in brown and black communities. In the near future Diana plans on pursuing graduate studies investigating Critical Race Studies, Criminality, and Law. She will be receiving her Bachelor's degree this Summer.
