Eric C. Jacobson is a public interest lawyer in Los Angeles. In his most recent civil rights case, he prosecuted a meritorious appeal (alas to no avail) in the Ninth Circuit and U.S. Supreme Court on behalf of Cash Ferguson-Cassidy, an African-American LAPD rifle-shooting survivor who was unreasonably shot without warning and wounded at his white friend's residence in San Pedro, California by Officer Jacob Maynard.
