Eve Garrow joined the ACLU of Southern California in November 2014. She is the Homelessness Policy Analyst and Advocate for the Dignity for All Project, which seeks to promote policies that prevent and reduce homelessness and end the criminalization of persons who are homeless. Her work includes policy analysis, research, public education, and advocacy to advance the idea of housing as a human right and to promote policy changes that will end homelessness and increase the human dignity of all persons.
