Jenny Breen is an Associate Professor of Law at the Syracuse University College of Law, where she teaches Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, and Labor Law. Most recently a College of Law Faculty Fellow, Professor Breen worked as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Rosemary S. Pooler on the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and practiced immigration law before joining the College of Law.
