Melissa Michelson

Melissa Michelson is a native of Los Angeles, active in her community and an ardent advocate for social justice. An educator by day and a truth-seeker by night, she is the founder of Feel the Bern Democratic Club of Los Angeles, the SGV Progressive Alliance and LA4Assange. She has served as an elected delegate to the Democratic National Convention in 2016, as a Democratic Party state-wide delegate from 2017 to 2024, and the Los Angeles Democratic Party as both an elected and alternate member.
