Our goal is to speed up the process of freeing Sara Kruzan. While we cannot make up for what has happened to her, we can fight for justice now.

Nikki Junker: Sara Kruzen — This woman has been in prison since she was 16 for killing a man who pimped, molested and raped her. She has been dealt the most insane injustice you can even imagine.
Nikki Junker: I think we are making leaps and bounds in getting many of these girls out of the situations that they are in. Out of the hands of their pimps and a life of being trafficked, but now the question where do we go from here?
Nikki Junker: Planned Parenthood should make mandatory for all employees training on Human Trafficking and provide a list of resources in each clinic that can be provided to potential victims.
