Stephen M. Hubbard

Dr. Stephen Hubbard is a retired MWD GIS project manager whose work focuses on automation job loss, funding infrastructure, sustainability and the anatomy of man-made disasters. Prior to working at MWD, he was an environmental engineer at Montgomery Watson Worldwide and worked in aerospace on classified defense programs.
