Prop 15: School’s & Communities First

Stephen Rohde is a past president, ACLU Board of Directors @ACLU A retired constitutional lawyer, lecturer, writer, and political activist. He is immediate past chair of the ACLU Foundation of Southern California. He is a founder and current chair of Interfaith Communities United for Justice and Peace; and a Vice President of Death Penalty Focus.

As a partner at Rothner, Segall and Greenstone, she has represented public and private sector unions in both federal and state court at the trial and appellate levels; in government administrative hearings; in ERISA and public retirement system matters; in discipline, discharge, and discrimination matters; and in collective bargaining.
