This flowchart shows of how the Brooklyn primary heist and hijack disenfranchised 126,000 African American and Hispanic Voters in Brooklyn alone, and you won't read about this in the LA Times.
How can the American people tolerate such an abuse of our system at this level unprecedented in American history? How can the Democratic National Committee lead a hundred million Democrats down the primrose path to blindsided destruction? Why are the USA's Democratic leadership becoming like lemmings about to jump off the cliff who don't want to hear anything about the cliff? I mean Governors, US Senators, and Congressmen?
Donald Trump and the RNC are not going to be shy about ripping Clinton to shreds with a half billion dollars worth of ads turning Bernie's opponent into chum for the sharks.
I am continually astonished at the New-York-pundit-o-centric view that Bernie is finished with those "pledged" super delegates all thrown in. What balderdash!
I am continually astonished at the New-York-pundit-o-centric view that Bernie is finished with those "pledged" super delegates all thrown in. What balderdash! The NY Times has front page articles about how Bernie might "damage" his opponent and that he should just shut up and curl up in front of the fire in his Vermont home with a good book. Frank Bruni wrote that we are all part of a "cult of sore losers"!
The real damage to Hillary has been done long ago by 40 years of scandals, but the DNC seems to think that we are all innoculated to yet another scandal or two—and mark my word, some big ones are brewing. The blindsided DNC is damaging the real spirit of Democracy and the principles that motivated the real Democratic party, the party of Eleanor and Franklin, Gandhi, and Mandela, and the party of Cesar Chavez, and Martin Luther King.
If Hillary gets the nomination, she will be ripped to shreds by the Trump and RNC machinery. Why can't the DNC realize that that they and the super delegates pledged to Hillary are totally missing the boat?
This article written by Netra Halperin about the research she and two colleagues did in New York which they submitted to three branches of the New York Attorney General, as a request for further investigation and in support of him going to federal court to get a new clean New York Primary, with safeguards, monitors, FBI computer guys, the Jimmy Carter Foundation, and even UN observers, as if New York were a 3rd world nation.
Here is the petition on moveon.org that I wrote, signed now by 6240. Please sign it.
By bringing this article's contentions to many editors' attention, you will also bring this to the attention of the super delegates, who will dump their pledges and support Bernie, no matter who wins each of the remaining primaries. The media coverage alone that would result if Eric Schneiderman goes into federal court for a new primary will be very beneficial for Bernie. Please remember that that is not about a criminal prosecution for the purging, but entirely about the 200,000 civil rights violations of Federal Civil Rights and Federal Election statutes. This article of mine spells it out:
"Those Pledged Super Delegates would run like rats from a sinking ship" ---NY Primary Redo Could Win it for Bernie
Here is the list:
- Attorney General Schneiderman's Press offices in NYC: 212 416 8060 and in Albany: 518 776 2427 [I was able to leave a voice mail for his Civil Rights Bureau Director, Lourdes Rosado, by asking for that when I called the Albany Press office. The petition thus far is in her care. Others have called back as well]
- Bernie's Campaign Lawyer is Brad Deutsch (202) 298-1793 direct to his office.
- The Presidential Commission on Election Administration, co-chaired by Bob Bauer, General Counsel for President Obama’'s 2012 campaign, and Ben Ginsburg, the Counsel for Mitt Romney’s 2012 campaign
Because we want the Attorney General's response to be available to the press and media as the strongest and quickest response: call both press offices of the NY Attorney General: and again, they can forward your calls to Lourdes Rosado at the Civil Rights Bureau. Your media and editor friends also ask for updates on the investigation of Bernie's opponent, Rep. Nita Lowey, and her realtor daughter in terms of the Brooklyn voter purges and perhaps all of them that occurred all over New York.
Could it be politically dangerous for Mr. Schneiderman to immediately comply with our request? After all, New York and Louisiana continually vie for #1 or #2 as the most corrupt states in the United States, a sad distinction. If Mr. Schneiderman has what a judge friend of mine termed "enlightened self interest," he will come through for us, rather than return to being legal advisor for the hogs feeding at the trough in the 21st Century Tammany Hall that NY seems to have become.
Because we want the Attorney General's response to be available to the press and media, I renew the encouragements that those wanting the strongest and quickest response should be calling both press offices:, and again, they can forward your calls to Lourdes Rosado at the Civil Rights Bureau.
Your media and editor friends also could next week ask for that press release, plus updates on the investigation of Bernie's opponent, Rep. Nita Lowey, and her realtor daughter in terms of the Brooklyn voter purges (and all of them that occurred all over New York!). This plan may have formulated as far back as 2008 and is not limited to only Brooklyn and the Bronx.
Remember, too, that the first Board of Election "purger" said it was by accident and then had to recant when confronted with fact that it takes to people to do the purge of even one voter. When you look at the map of New York, Bernie's counties cover almost the entire state, and only where the purges took place went to his opponent.
The news editor of the Associated Press NYC Bureau informed me last week that AP has not yet once spoken with the two "purging ladies" at the NYC Board of Election! Please call the Bureau Chief of the two Associated Press offices nearest to you.

White House response to Arizona Redone Primary directed to Obama:
"Thank you for your petition concerning Arizona’'s March 22, 2016 primary election. The decision whether to investigate a potential violation of federal law, including those related to elections, rests with the Department of Justice, the White House plays no role in this decision. The decision on whether a revote should take place is a matter of state law, or a matter for the courts.
We are therefore declining to comment on the specific request in your petition. As the We the People Terms of Participation explain, to "avoid the appearance of improper influence, the White House may decline to address certain procurement, law enforcement, adjudicatory, or similar matters properly within the jurisdiction of federal departments or agencies, federal courts, or state and local government."
I welcome correspondence from readers for strategic discussions on how to influence that legion of pledged super delegates to change their support to Bernie. A lot can happen between the DC primary June 14 and the July convention in Philadelphia.
Ten two-minute phone calls to editors listed at usnpl.com are far more effective than one 20-minute call to one editor. You would just be giving them a tip as one who signed the petition and who believes that press coverage of the flawed New York primary is important to our democracy's survival.
