Guess Co-Founder Accused of Sexual Harassment

FOUR WOMEN ACCUSING GUESS INC. CO-FOUNDER PAUL MARCIANO OF SEXUAL
HARASSMENT AND SEXUAL ASSAULT TO SPEAK LIVE FOR THE FIRST TIME AT PRESS
CONFERENCE TOMORROW WITH ATTORNEY LISA BLOOM

At least fourteen women have accused Guess co-founder and board member Paul Marciano of sexual
misconduct since 1994, and the true number is likely far higher, as Guess has never revealed it. In just the
last year, three women have filed lawsuits against Marciano and Guess, and a fourth filed a police report
against him. Nevertheless, the company has apparently taken no significant action against Marciano, and
he remains in his job. Marciano denies the allegations.
Tomorrow, for the first time, each of these four new accusers will speak out live. In addition, a witness
will reveal what he saw.

Lisa Bloom, attorney for the three women who filed recent lawsuits, as well as four other women who
raised sexual harassment and assault claims against Marciano in 2018, says: “Models have the same rights
to workplace respect and safety as everyone else. Tomorrow we will reveal our next significant legal
filing. We will not rest until we get justice.”

The press conference will be held Thursday, 9am, March 17, 2022 at:
