Avoid Buying Extra

If you want your veggies and fruits to remain fresh for a longer time, you must store them properly in the fridge. An example of proper food storage would be to keep the refrigerator temperature below 5 Celsius. All cooked food needs to be stored properly and preferably above the shelves where raw food is stored.
