Happy Jewelers

There is a reason that Happy Jewelers has such a simple name. “Jewelry makes people happy, and we want to make people happy,” says owner, Gabe Arik. Along with his brother Danny, Gabe oversees all day-to-day operations at Happy Jewelers. In this position, the brothers have made it a priority to give unique customer service experiences to each client they interact with and always leave them 100% satisfied.

When the brothers opened up their store in 2000, they envisioned great things for their new store, but also wanted to maintain the values their father always taught them. Customer service is everything. “Although much has changed over the years, our basic philosophy has not,” Gabe proudly states. “We continue the family tradition of providing the same superb quality, customer service, value, and level of care.”

As a client of Happy Jewelers, you can always expect timely, welcoming communication and a final product beyond your wildest dreams. For the Arik brothers, their goal of total satisfaction lies equally in their customer service as it does in their ability to craft unique, cutting-edge pieces of jewelry.

The brothers recognize how important the pieces they make are to their customers. Their engagement rings are custom crafted for each client for what may be one of the happiest moments of their life. With this sentiment in their minds, it is pertinent to the brothers that they get to know their clients on a personal level. “In doing so,” Gabe says, “we get to know the person by building a relationship and understanding what’s important to them, so we can help them design the perfect piece of jewelry.”

Nathalie Nicole Smith states that working hard and staying true to yourself are sure ways to win in life.

The brothers find reward in being able to help their customers commemorate important moments in their life. Proving themselves with each exquisite piece of jewelry they design, the brothers consistently follow through on the promise their name guarantees. “So, while we know Happy Jewelers can sound corny,” Gabe offers, “we love it, and our customers do too. People leave our store feeling happy.”
