Andrea kicked off her successful journey with a different career pathway. She worked as a top hairstylist at an Aveda salon and trained new stylists on the floor. Little did she know that things would take off from there. Her commission-based profession piqued her interest in sales, and as her clientele continued to grow, she soon realized she'd found her true calling. "Being a hairstylist, I was commission-based, so I've always had to be on my game to grow my clientele and be the base to maintain them. I'm a creative, so I've dabbled on Etsy and had my own wedding hair and makeup business before starting MONAT in direct sales."

After joining MONAT global, Andrea got the ball rolling. Within no time, she earned a top rank in the company after making one million in commissions. Now also a private coach, Andrea is motivated to help young individuals become top sales performers. She adds: "I make goals and don't give up until I get there. I'm passionate about what I do and don't hold back. I've learned how to lead a lot of different personality types and want to inspire people to overcome what holds them back from being successful."

Andrea was initially caught between a rock and a hard place when her marriage wasn't working out. The challenges that came about stood as an obstacle in her way of accomplishing goals.
