“We’re all here for a reason. I would constantly remind myself of that when I felt down over my past. I knew that I didn’t want to let the past hold me back, so I started focusing on doing what I could to become the best version of myself, which is when I had the idea of starting Dreamshine. The business changes the lives of those with special needs by providing job training, life skills assistance, coaching, and more,” shares Mark Minard. “The goal is to help those with special needs reach their greatest potential while living quality lives that they’ll love and interacting with people around them in the best way possible. The business started in 2007 and has thrived since then. It’s hard to believe that we’ve been in business for 15 years.”

As someone who had experienced numerous challenges in his daily life, Mark Minard set out to embark on an exciting journey that would turn into an incredible, high-earning business servicing the special needs community. Dreamshine offers an adult day program designed to help those with disabilities develop better social skills and healthy living skills while enjoying new and exciting opportunities to socialize and have fun.

“My sister Amy and I had an incredible vision for this business. We knew it was important to provide a program that offers a comfortable and welcoming environment for people with developmental and intellectual disabilities,” says Minard. “We wanted to offer that safe space for these individuals while making the programs fun and enjoyable for all. Our client-centered business focuses on teaching valuable lessons that resonate with program participants. There is a reason we’ve been in business so long, and it’s because we have always put the needs of our clients first while continuing to go above and beyond expectations.”
