Always Learn

Mohamed says “You always have to grow. No matter what level you are, or income you have, always remain a student”. The mantra of “always learn” is what made Mohamed successful. When he started he was just a kid. But he looked up to his mentors, listened to their advice, and used it. Moreover, Mohamed stresses on nurturing your brain. Reading is one way to grow your brain, flex it! Learning never ends. At a young age, one does not have the experience, but one can gain knowledge. So it is the key to getting started on the road to success.

Learn a skill

When young people get the first taste of success they invest it on things they don’t want, to impress people they don’t know. But Mohamed believes in investing in your growth. Buy a book, learn a new skill, attend a workshop. In simple words - get educated. Learn a skill that will help you grow your business and brand. Do not stop until you Master that skill, then only you can make money out of it.

Build a network

A millionaire has an average of 6 incomes. How does that happen? You can’t have a 5 figure income with only one client. Mohamed advises young entrepreneurs to build a network of clients. The best way to reach them is to personally contact them. Do not be afraid to pitch in your work to new clients. Keep pushing your boundaries and build connections.

Stop throwing money away

The problem with money is when you have it you want to spend it. But Mohamed BDJ is one of the few people who knows the value of it. He says “Stop throwing your money on things that bring you no value, start putting your money where you can cultivate wealth, health and knowledge.”
