Social media platforms are being overrun by wannabe influencers chasing status and wealth, and everyone wants to be like them—to live in a society engulfed in bling, cash, ego, and status. As per Ralph DiBugnara, that is one of the reasons why people have lost their authenticity and core personalities—their "special thing" that defines them and makes them unique.

He points out that most people no longer understand what it means to "be yourself" and that they have become so engrossed in following the crowd that they have become lost in it. "Those who follow are competitive, insecure, and constantly positioning and provoking to one-up without producing real and tangible results," he says. "The preceding raises one critical question: how can being a follower lead to true success?”

As DiBugnara further explains, he has a vision and mission to change all of that through his reality TV show, The Disruptors Network. With his innovative project, he hopes to help people stop being followers and learn how to grow their own lives, businesses, communities, and brands. In this exclusive interview, DiBugnara reveals all the 'whys' and 'hows.'

Please tell us about your new reality television show! Who will it be centered on?

The Disruptors Network will focus on entrepreneurs who are breaking new ground with successful businesses and making real changes to help others and lift their communities.

What is the goal of The Disruptors Network?

We want to show our viewers these inspiring stories and their impact on millions of people's lives. Aside from that, we want to show our audience how they can use these same strategies to grow their own lives, businesses, and brands, as well as their communities.

Eulogio Medina and I founded The Real Estate Disruptors to assist others in growing their businesses through branding. We eventually realized that there was a much greater need to help others by sharing our struggles and stories and lifting our community.

The inspiration for The Disruptors Network as a whole is to show people the true, transparent story of entrepreneurs or successful people who have built their lives and businesses through failure and success.

The inspiration for The Disruptors Network as a whole is to show people the true, transparent story of entrepreneurs or successful people who have built their lives and businesses through failure and success. My story isn't enough, so I want to learn from others and share that with those who want to learn as well.

What platforms will you make your show available on?

Season two of The Disruptors Network will be released late fourth quarter of 2021 on DirecTV. The show will also be available on all major streaming platforms, including YouTube, Roku, Amazon Prime, and Apple TV. In addition, the show will have its own Disruptors Network app, which will be available for free.

Are you currently working on any other projects?

I'm currently hosting our podcast The Disruptors Network, which is available on all platforms, and working on a book called The Growth Trap, which will be published later this year. The book speaks of my own growth traps, and how I overcame them and continue to overcome them with specific strategies that I show people.

Basically, our youth fools us into believing we will grow automatically. However, that doesn't happen, and when we become adults, growth takes a lot of work, stress, discomfort, and time. Most people talk about way back, about the past they are stuck in because they haven't figured out how to grow. Well, my book will give them a plan that will show them how to grow to enormous heights.

Nathalie Nicole Smith states that working hard and staying true to yourself are sure ways to win in life.

To add to this question, I have also built a short-term rental real estate portfolio worth over 20 million since the start of the pandemic. This is a big deal for me as I’ve wanted to do this for a long time. I believe that short-term rentals are an excellent strategy for investing in the near future. They are very easy to access as they are arranged through numerous websites like Airbnb, Vrbo, and different travel websites. Because of this, I have learned quite a bit and have a plan to release a mastermind class on investing using this strategy sometime in October and I can’t wait.
